The Dayton Community Development Corporation (DCDC) is accepting proposals from eligible financial institutions for depository services for a two-year period. Proposal packets are available to interested institutions at Dayton City Hall, 117 Cook St., Dayton, Texas 77535 during normal business hours 8-5 Monday through Friday. The DCDC’s contact person for the Depository Contract is Rudy Zepeda, Assistant City Manager – Finance/Administration and may be reached at 936-258-2642 extension 1114. Proposals, in duplicate and clearly marked “DCDC DEPOSITORY SERVICES CONTRACT PROPOSAL”, are due by 10:00 A.M., March 6, 2020, at the following address:

NO PROPOSAL WILL BE RECEIVED OR ACCEPTED AFTER 10:00 A.M. on March 6, 2020. All proposals will be opened in the office of the Assistant City Manager at Dayton City Hall at this time. The final award of contract will be made by the DCDC Board of Directors at their regularly scheduled meeting on March 9, 2020, or on a future date to be determined at that meeting. DCDC board meetings are held in the boardroom at the DCDC offices located at 801 S. Cleveland St. Ste. B, Dayton, Texas. The DCDC reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and waive minor technicalities in proposals.
