The City of Dayton plans to apply for the upcoming Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) and Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) funding from the Texas General Land Office – Community Development & Revitalization (GLO) and the Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM).  These services are being solicited to assist the County/City in its application and administration of the HMGP and CDBG-DR contract(s), if awarded, to support eligible long-term disaster recovery activities in the County/City related to the 2017 Presidentially Declared Disasters associated to Hurricane Harvey DR-4332.  Accordingly, the County/City is seeking to contract with a qualified Administration Service Provider (individual/firm) to prepare the application and/or administer the awarded contract(s). Please submit 4 copies of your proposal of services and a statement of qualifications for the proposed services to the address below:

Proposals shall be received by the City no later than 2: p.m. on November 19, 2018 to be considered.
