The Utility Billing Office is committed to providing high-quality service through friendly customer relations. Our office is responsible for the overall billing and monitoring of the Water, Sewer and Garbage Services for residents located within the City limits.
Types of payments accepted are cash, check, money order, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and online payments.
Online Payments
The City of Dayton now offers online utility payments! There is a 3% convenience fee plus a $0.35 transaction fee. First-time users will need to register.

If an emergency arises on a weekend or after 5 p.m., call 936-258-7621 for assistance. For emergency calls that are not the City of Dayton's responsibility, you could be subject to a service charge for the call.
