The City of Dayton plans to apply for the Disaster Recovery Reallocation Program (DRRP) funding from the Texas General Land Office (GLO). Accordingly, the City is separately soliciting (A) proposals from qualified Administrative Service Providers to provide pre-award and post-award management services and (B) qualifications from Texas-Registered Engineers to provide engineering services for application preparation and project implementation of DRRP contract(s), if awarded.
