This is the official website for the City of Dayton, Texas and is maintained by the City of Dayton as a public service. Although the content of this site is available to the public, certain information on this site may be trademarked, service marked, or otherwise protected as the City of Dayton’s intellectual property, and all agency content is protected by federal copyright laws. Information Collected From Electronic Formats

If you identify yourself by sending an email or electronic online forms containing personal information, this information will only be used in dealing with the topic of interest or as prescribed by law. You may volunteer to provide us personally-identifying information, for example, your mailing address, in an electronic mail message or online form. Before you do so, you should know that the material you submit may be seen by various people in the normal operation of their duties.

The City of Dayton may enter the information into a database and may share it with other government agencies. Information collected in this manner may be used for responding to requests for information as well as other authorized purposes.

The City of Dayton will not sell or intentionally release the email addresses of members of the public that have been provided to communicate electronically with the City without affirmative consent of the affected member of the public.
